What’s special about it? Their bread is adjust and baked according to the temperature and humidity of the day. Their signature milk bread is made with skim milk and organic flour. It was as soft as cotton, but still with a chewy texture. We were lucky to get a seat by around the bar at the Ikseondong branch!
